My qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)

  • Masters of Counselling (Specialising in Youth Grief and Trauma)

  • Postgraduate training and ongoing supervision in Bowen Family Systems Theory

    Ongoing Professional Development in modalities of m-CBT, DBT, IFS, Play Therapy, Creative Art Therapy.

I am registered with The Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia, the leading counselling registration association in Australia.

  • Laugh where appropriate, bust out some creativity if that’s your thing and do chilled-out therapy like you’ve never done it before

I work with people who have experienced past or current family stuff that they feel is holding them back.
They know they want something else, something more - but don’t know how to start or get to the other side.

I see clients who are struggling with:

(including direct or secondary/intergenerational trauma)

(conflict, challenging dynamics, low connection)

Grief from the loss of a family member
